So Just Who Is This 'Bevis' Chap, Anyway?

I'm gunna sue those suckers who write for The Twilight Zone! Who gave them permission to write a true-to-life account of my personal situation like this as one of their episodes?!!

Click here to see what I mean.

I can't believe how accurately they managed to re-tell the whole encounter! I mean, who told them?

Was it you?

Ha ha ha...but seriously.
I'd like to congratulate you on a great blog. It has found it's way into my Internet Explorer favourites...and I can't seem to get rid of it. Is that the result of some virus you have embedded in the page?
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I really like the fact that you are bringing Captain Dingbat to the attention of the general public. I've personally had the honour of serving under the Captain in the 5th Buffoon regiment in Afganistan, and his bravery in the face hysterically, laughing enemy troops was commendable. I was wondering if you had the time, if you'd indulge the reading public in a little of the Captain's history? I know you have spent some time at his country estate and perhaps heard some of his more bawdy stories.

yours fictionally,

Lt Harrington Blunderbust

Dear Lt Harrington Blunderbust,

My! A real, fictional Lieutenant! I can't hardly believe it enough to hold in me waters!

Thank you, sir, for your encouraging and cheerful comments. Your request strikes a chord and I will endeavour to reply in kind over the coming days.

It's a jolly good suggestion of yours, and I think you're right - it's high-time that some of the Captain's more amusing and entertaining exploits were made known to the general public.

Stay tuned ...

As much as it is all laughy laughy, 'Haha, look - the Twilight Zone has an episode about someone with the same name as me', this guy sounds a lot like you. Sorry, but you are that kind of person - goofy, kind, and aware of what makes you truly happy.

Ha! Did you see the way I went all genuine there? That'll learn ya.

*wishes she had a Twilight Zone episode with her name in it*
